Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product quality and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item is received:

Products that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items without original tags, labels, or packaging.

Products that show signs of perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or any other form of use.

Sarees or fabrics that have been cut, stitched, customized, or altered in any way.

Customized or personalized orders.

Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

Gift cards and store credit purchases.

Any item returned without prior approval from our customer support team.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
