Refund policy

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product quality and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item is received:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging.

  • Products that show signs of perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or any other form of use.

  • Sarees or fabrics that have been cut, stitched, customized, or altered in any way.

  • Customized or personalized orders.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

  • Gift cards and store credit purchases.

  • Any item returned without prior approval from our customer support team.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
